Through our Peak Perfect Installation Guarantee, Green Peaks Roofing ensures every part of your roof is installed with care, precision, and attention to detail for maximum curb appeal, performance, and durability.
If Green Peaks Roofing does not achieve the installation standard promised through our Peak Perfect Installation process, we will make it right.
If the concern cannot be reasonably corrected after review, Green Peaks Roofing will provide the customer with a $1,000 credit.
This guarantee reflects our commitment to clean lines, proper detail work, and a finished roof system that homeowners can feel proud of.

Safe Paws and Worry Free Steps Guarantee
Clean up is a critical part of every roofing project.
Green Peaks Roofing guarantees that project related harmful debris will not be left behind after our final clean up, so pets, family members, and visitors can move around the property with confidence.
If harmful project related debris is found after completion, Green Peaks Roofing will return to review and address the concern.
If Green Peaks Roofing verifies that harmful project related debris was left behind after our final clean up, we will provide the customer with a $250 inconvenience credit.

Green Peaks Roofing offers a 25 year workmanship guarantee on qualifying new roof installations completed by our team.
This guarantee covers installation related workmanship on qualifying roof replacement projects. If there is a workmanship issue related to the way Green Peaks Roofing installed your roof, we will review the concern, inspect the issue, and make it right according to the terms of your written agreement.
Our workmanship guarantee is part of our commitment to doing the job properly, standing behind our installations, and giving homeowners confidence long after the work is complete.
Full workmanship guarantee details are available before sale and will be included or referenced in the customer’s written estimate or contract.
50 Year Manufacturer Warranty
Qualifying roofing products installed by Green Peaks Roofing may be eligible for a 50 year manufacturer warranty.
This warranty is provided by the applicable product manufacturer and may vary depending on the roofing product selected, roof system installed, manufacturer requirements, registration requirements, and warranty terms.
Green Peaks Roofing installs products from trusted roofing manufacturers, including CertainTeed ShingleMaster. As a CertainTeed ShingleMaster contractor and CertainTeed ShingleMaster certified contractor, Green Peaks Roofing can help homeowners understand the manufacturer warranty options available for their selected roof system.
Full manufacturer warranty information is available before sale and can be reviewed with the customer before approving the project.
Integrity and Transparency Guarantee
We protect homeowners from unexpected overcharging after the job has started by guaranteeing that your approved investment level will not change for the work we agreed to complete. Green Peaks Roofing will honour our commitment and will never ask for more money out of your pocket for the work included in your approved written estimate or contract. If additional work is requested by the homeowner, or if hidden damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered that were not part of the original approved scope, Green Peaks Roofing will review the situation with the customer before proceeding.
