Promotions Terms & Conditions
Green Peaks Roofing occasionally offers seasonal promotions, discounts, and special offers to eligible customers. All promotions are subject to inspection, service area, project eligibility, availability, and written approval by Green Peaks Roofing.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, roof replacement promotions apply only to qualifying Premier or Optimum roof packages. Basic roof packages are not eligible for promotional offers.
Promotions must be confirmed in writing in the customer’s estimate or contract before work begins. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed work, existing contracts, previously accepted estimates, or projects already in progress.
The following promotions are currently active.
Promotion 01
Free Eavestrough & Installation with New Roof Purchase
This promotion is available to eligible residential customers who purchase a complete new Premier or Optimum roof installation from Green Peaks Roofing.
The offer includes standard eavestrough supply and standard eavestrough installation for the same property where the qualifying Premier or Optimum roof system is being installed.
This promotion applies to standard residential eavestrough installation only. Additional charges may apply for upgrades, specialty colours, leaf guards, oversized eavestrough, fascia repairs, soffit repairs, wood replacement, drainage modifications, difficult access, multi storey access, or any work outside a standard installation.
This promotion does not apply to Basic roof packages, roof repairs, partial roof replacements, emergency work, completed projects, existing contracts, work already in progress, or previously accepted estimates.
Promotion must be included in the written estimate or contract before work begins.
This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, upgraded materials, or other services.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, rebate, referral program, special pricing, or financing promotion unless approved in writing by Green Peaks Roofing.

Save $250 on Qualifying Repair Work
This promotion is available to eligible residential customers who purchase qualifying repair work from Green Peaks Roofing during the active promotional period.
The $250 savings applies only to qualifying repair projects with a minimum project value of $1,500 before taxes.
This promotion must be confirmed in the written estimate or contract before work begins.
This promotion applies to qualifying repair work only. It does not apply to inspections, diagnostic visits, service calls, emergency dispatch fees, minor maintenance, completed projects, existing contracts, work already in progress, or previously accepted estimates.
This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, upgraded materials, or other services.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, rebate, referral program, special pricing, or financing promotion unless approved in writing by Green Peaks Roofing.

This promotion is available to eligible residential customers who purchase qualifying gutter cleaning services from Green Peaks Roofing during the active promotional period.
The $500 savings applies only to qualifying gutter cleaning projects with a minimum project value of $2,000 before taxes.
This promotion must be confirmed in the written estimate or contract before work begins.
This promotion applies to qualifying gutter cleaning services only. It does not apply to inspections, diagnostic visits, service calls, emergency dispatch fees, minor maintenance, eavestrough repairs, leaf guard installation, completed projects, existing contracts, work already in progress, or previously accepted estimates unless approved in writing by Green Peaks Roofing.

Promotion 04
Senior Discount Additional Savings on All Services
This promotion is available to eligible senior customers purchasing qualifying services from Green Peaks Roofing.
To qualify, the customer must be 65 years of age or older, must be the homeowner or an authorized decision maker for the property, and must notify Green Peaks Roofing before the estimate is finalized.
For roof replacement projects, the senior discount applies only to qualifying Premier or Optimum roof packages. Basic roof packages are not eligible unless approved in writing by Green Peaks Roofing.
The senior discount amount may vary depending on the service, project size, scope of work, material selection, roof package selected, and total contract value.
Proof of age may be required before the discount is applied.
This promotion must be confirmed in the written estimate or contract before work begins.
This offer does not apply to completed projects, existing contracts, work already in progress, or previously accepted estimates.
